In The Mood To Bake?

So reading a certain someone's blog about lemons and baking has gotten me in the mood to bake. Problem is I don't have lemons to bake with. Or anything else for that matter! But never fear baking will be in order sometime this week. Perhaps my choccie pudding that Dwayne loves so much? Or something different...? Will have to look up some recipes on Taste I think to see what I can find.
I do look forward to some home made lemon butter coming my way though (hopefully)! That certain person may have to make a little bit extra! For the kiddies of course! Who can deny the younguns some lemon butter for their toasties!! Okay and maybe just a little bit for mummy............ :) xxx
