Towning It

I went to town (launceston) today and took Cameron with me for some one on one time with mummy. He needs that sometimes. And so do I! It's nice to spend time with my kids separately without them all competing for my attention. The girls stayed at home with their daddy.
Not a huge day in town today. I had to do the obligatory grocery shopping so not very interesting. I was going to take Cameron to get a haircut but decided it could wait until during the week sometime. It seems that there are weekend rates for haircuts these days!
I also went to the Kmart toy sale for a squiz. I didn't take Cameron with me I left him with my mum because he would have wanted me to buy everything in the shop otherwise! Not that he seemed to mind he was happy to watch me go!
There weren't many things I was interested at the sale. Compared to last years one it was pretty slack but I did put a few things on layby for the kids including a Fisher Price Fun 2 Learn Cool School Learning System for Cameron. It's a keyboard for the computer that he can use for fun and to learn at the same time. So he should like that come Christmas time hopefully! Not that I have any idea on what to buy for the kids this year! I try to plan ahead but I just have no idea!
But anyway apart from that not much else was done in town. I stopped at hungry Jacks on the way home and bought the boy a kids club meal as a treat, and to try to keep him awake for the ride home. Not that he ate much, no surprises there! I ate more of it than he did!
